We welcome you to the AFOUTAYI DANCE STUDIO (2525 Nevada Ave North, Suite 211, Golden Valley, MN 55427), our new home for your regular dose of movement, tradition, sonorous folklore, and Haitian, African, and Afro-Caribbean spirit.

Have you always wondered why a specific dance is danced the way it is? The story is in the sounds and songs - literally. Demystify the sacred and melodic tongue of Haitian folkloric singing and the meaning behind it with Manbo (Vodou priestess) and singer Florencia “Fofo” Pierre.
